Information You Submit
Terms Entered in Search
A name, place, or other detail entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Coconino County Recent Arrests does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages Sent to Us
Email and contact-form messages are retained as needed to answer the sender. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected
Ordinary server, analytics, and advertising systems may record technical facts when a page loads, including:
- The visitor's Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring website, when available
- Date and time stamps
Cookie Use
Cookies help measure how visitors use the site and may support advertising functions. A browser can reject or remove cookies, though blocking them may cause some features to work differently.
Reasons We Use Data
Collected information may be used for the following operational purposes:
- Keeping pages available, stable, and responsive
- Sending search requests to the selected partner service
- Understanding which Coconino County resource pages help visitors
- Finding errors, abuse, and other technical problems
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
Websites Outside Our Control
Links may lead to Coconino County offices, detention information, Arizona corrections and court systems, federal locators, local reporting, and third-party search tools. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's privacy notice and practices govern.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select interest-based ads. That tracking occurs through those partners, not through records maintained by this site.
Parties That May Receive Data
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be received by:
- Search partners that process a submitted query
- Analytics providers that measure site use
- Advertising networks that deliver or measure ads
- Law-enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order
How Information Is Protected
Reasonable, standard security practices are used to protect information. No website, network, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise that a breach will never occur.
Visitors Younger Than 18
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the Contact page to request deletion.

Depending on applicable law and the information held, a visitor may ask to:
- Receive a copy of personal data we hold

Requests may be made through the Contact page. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
